Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in embedded or systems software development.
• Strong programming skills in C (C++/Python a plus).
• Experience building multi-threaded applications on Linux or similar systems.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, L2/L3 concepts).
• Hands-on experience with packet processing systems or dataplane development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain packet processing and routing software components
• Implement and enhance routing protocol functionality and network control-plane features
• Develop multi-threaded, high-performance software for embedded networking platforms
• Build integrations with third-party networking and security modules
• Prototype and validate new features for proof-of-concept and early-stage solutions
• Debug and resolve complex networking and system-level issues, including performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, systems, product) to deliver production-ready features
