Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; 4 years experience may substitute
- Experience in network infrastructure design, lifecycle management, and security.
- CJIS/compliance awareness and driver’s license preferred.
Responsabilités
- Lead daily operations for enterprise routing, switching, WAN/LAN/WLAN.
- Oversee incident, change, capacity, and service-level management.
- Ensure reliability, uptime, and performance against targets.
- Provide after-hours escalation support as needed.
- Develop and execute network strategies aligned with DST plans.
- Manage vendor relationships and cost controls.
- Drive continual service improvement and governance processes.
- Collaborate with other DST teams to meet business needs.
