Job summary

You will administer security devices, coordinate after-hours maintenance, and provide technical leadership to integrate related systems while supporting customers across divisions.

Qualifications

• 60 mos. combined work experience evaluating IT processes and proposing changes to procedures.
• 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology listed by the agency.
• Undergraduate/core program in computer science or information systems with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate effectiveness and risk of IT processes.
• Conduct network security troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Implement network security changes and enforce policies.
• Administer firewalls, load balancers, DDoS appliances, MFA services.
• Monitor logs for security events and respond to threats.
• Plan and coordinate DAS network security changes during maintenance.
• Provide IT consultation and onsite security support.
