Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a tech field required
• 5+ years IT support/Networking experience preferred
• Proven ability to design secure infrastructure
• Strong customer service and collaboration skills
• Experience with network management, upgrades, and planning

Responsibilities

• Designs enterprise infrastructure architecture for secure healthcare operations.
• Develops infrastructure security standards focusing on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Oversee IAM architecture supporting least privilege and separation of duties.
• Lead disaster recovery design, business continuity planning, and testing.
• Oversee enterprise backup architecture and restoration procedures.
• Coordinate responses to major cybersecurity incidents and infrastructure failures.
• Ensure logging, monitoring, and audit trails for regulatory investigations.
