Job summary

Lewis Brisbois in San Diego seeks a Senior Network Manager to guide enterprise network strategy, design, and operations across offices, data centers, and cloud environments. You will lead a network team, oversee security controls, and partner with stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable services.

The role demands 10+ years in network engineering, 5+ years in leadership, and a degree in IT/CS/engineering. Prior experience in a large dispersed professional services firm preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive network engineering and infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years of management or team leadership experience.
• Experience supporting a large, geographically dispersed professional services organization, preferably within a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm's network infrastructure roadmap and technology strategy.
• Maintain responsibility for enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and cloud networking environments.
• Manage network-related incidents, escalations, root cause analysis, and remediation efforts.
• Oversee network architecture supporting office expansions, acquisitions, and technology integrations.
• Partner with Information Security leadership to implement secure network architectures and controls.
• Manage firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, network access controls, DNS security, secure remote access, and segmentation strategies.
