Job summary

NOVA-Dine is seeking a Senior Network Installation Technician to support physical network implementation and migration activities associated with the DES DODNet MES-NET program. This role involves installation, deployment, validation, documentation and troubleshooting of network infrastructure as agency sites transition into the DODNet enterprise environment.

The position may require travel to customer locations throughout CONUS and OCONUS regions, with responsibilities including

Qualifications

• 5 years of network installation experience.
• Active secret clearance required.
• IAT Level II certification and knowledge of structured cabling.
• Experience with enterprise networking environments.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure network infrastructure equipment.
• Support migration and deployment activities.
• Perform hardware installation, rack and stack, and cable management.
• Assist with router, switch, firewall, and wireless deployments.
• Document infrastructure layouts and configuration changes.

Education

Associate degree or equivalent technical experience
