Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Project/Task Lead – Network Engineering to provide senior technical leadership and oversight for Army DoDIN-A network capabilities at Fort Huachuca.

You will guide design, integration, testing, and operational support across NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and deployed forces while ensuring RMF compliance and DoD standards. You will manage task workload, lifecycle engineering, and coordination with Government stakeholders, vendors, and external agencies,

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in information technology, preferably in network engineering and project management.
• Clearance: TS/SCI.
• 8570/8140 Certification: IAT II/III or IAM I/II (Security+ CE required; SecurityX or CISSP preferred).
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification preferred.
• Technical Certifications: PMP preferred. CCNA recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provides senior technical leadership and project oversight for NETCOM tasks.
• Lead design, integration, testing, and sustainment of enterprise network capabilities.
• Maintain RMF compliance activities including eMASS, STIG, ACAS/SCAP.
• Coordinate development and delivery of engineering products (SDP, Test Plans, ETPs).
• Serve as liaison to Government stakeholders, vendors, and external agencies.
• Ensure quality assurance and timely submission of reports and documentation.
• Oversee deployments and change management.
