Job summary

GGP, headquartered in Chicago, seeks a Network Engineer to design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise network environments across campus, SD-WAN, wireless, and cloud platforms. You will work in a high-volume, ticket-driven setting, emphasizing automation and observability.

You will support Cisco/Arista switching, Prisma SD-WAN, Aruba Central, and Aruba ClearPass, while maintaining documentation and incident response processes with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise network engineering experience in multi-vendor, multi-site environments.
• Experience with SolarWinds administration and automation in an enterprise setting.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, VLANs, and network security principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, monitor, and support complex multi-vendor network environments.
• Support Cisco and Arista switching environments including deployments, configuration, and upgrades.
• Manage Prisma SD-WAN, Aruba Central, Aruba Wireless infrastructure, and Aruba ClearPass.
• Provide on-call rotation, after-hours maintenance, and occasional travel to retail centers and remote locations.
• Configure SolarWinds monitoring platforms and develop dashboards, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Document runbooks, network diagrams, and remediation records; collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
