Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 support for the Next Generation Network.
• Manage SD-WAN, DMVPN, and wireless networks.
• Support classified and unclassified environments.
• Act as a technical escalation point for network incidents.
• Collaborate with multiple teams for integrated solutions.

Skills

Active/current Secret Clearance

5+ years of hands-on enterprise network experience

Professional certification (e.g., CCNP, CCDP)

Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various network architectures

Knowledge of major network routing protocols

Experience with various firewalls

Network administration and architecture background

Knowledge of SD-WAN environments

Familiarity with network security

Experience with diagnostic and monitoring tools

Understanding of network operating systems (Aruba, Juniper, Cisco)

Understanding of VPN

Sharp troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently

Designing and maintaining documentation

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience
