Job summary

TAP Engineering LLC in the United States is seeking a Technical Expert - Network Engineer to provide senior-level network engineering support for HPC servers, clusters, and processing environments. You will design, implement, and troubleshoot data center networks across multi-vendor infrastructure with emphasis on reliability, performance, and security.

This role offers technical leadership in mission-critical environments, opportunities to work across Cisco, Juniper, F5, InfiniBand, and Fibre

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph within 7 years.
• DoD 8570 IAT II certification.
• Demonstrated experience designing and architecting data center networks.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure data center network infrastructure for HPC environments.
• Lead deployment of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and IPsec VPNs.
• Troubleshoot network, connectivity, performance, and security issues.
• Implement Layer 2/3 networks including routing and access controls.
• Support multi-vendor tech including Cisco, Juniper, F5, InfiniBand, Fibre Channel SAN.
• Develop and maintain network docs and procedures.
