You will apply advanced technical knowledge to maintain reliable, secure, and scalable connectivity, lead projects, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams including security and collaboration services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in network engineering or related technical role.
• Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure and resolving complex issues.
• Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching fundamentals.
• Experience with network security technologies and secure access solutions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME and escalation point for complex network issues.
• Design, implement, operate, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimize network performance and availability.
• Lead technical execution of network projects and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain network documentation and runbooks.
