Dignity and Wellness Patient Solutions is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to install and maintain servers, networks, and storage. You will develop monitoring plans, disaster recovery strategies, and ensure compliance with standards.

The role requires hands-on cloud and network experience with MS Server, MS365, and Entra. Certifications like CCNA/CCNP are a plus. Onsite role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on experience with cloud technologies and network systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Server Systems, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra.
• Certifications CCNA/CCNP/Security+ are a plus.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware and software.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage.
• Develop plans for network monitoring, expansion, and disaster recovery.
• Secure systems to comply with standards and regulations.
• Respond to technical issues for the Network Operations Center (NOC).
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve network problems.
• Document resolutions and analyze trends to prevent issues.
• Provide help desk support and route escalations to appropriate teams.
• Evaluate technology risks and communicate them effectively.
• Manage and monitor internal assets for accurate inventory records.
• Support IT operational projects.
