Job summary

Artifintech seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong Cisco expertise in routing and switching, network security, firewalls, and cloud networking.

The role involves configuring and maintaining LAN/WAN/WLAN, implementing BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, and managing VPNs, VPNs, and firewall policies. Collaboration with security, infrastructure, and cloud teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
• Expertise in routing and switching technologies.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with Palo Alto and Cisco ASA firewalls.
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VLAN configurations.
• Experience with IPsec VPN and SSL VPN technologies.
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, NAT, and subnetting.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and PRTG.
• Knowledge of network security and access control policies.
• Familiarity with Python or Ansible for network automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and wireless controllers.
• Implement routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Manage network security policies, firewall configurations, and access controls.
• Configure and maintain Palo Alto and Cisco ASA firewalls.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and minimize downtime.
• Implement VPN solutions, including IPsec and SSL VPN.
• Manage VLANs, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and network segmentation.
• Support network infrastructure upgrades and migration projects.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration standards.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and cloud engineering teams.
