Job summary
Falls Technology is seeking an experienced network engineer to design, operate, and harden networks for public portals and mission networks at our on-site facility in Chantilly, VA. You will configure Tor Onion Services, implement CDN integrations, and ensure secure open-web and dark-web access while supporting on-call responses.
Required skills include TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, deep knowledge of network protocols, and experience with internet-facing systems.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required.
- Experience engineering networks for public portals and internet-facing tech.
- Familiar with CDN integrations and Tor Onion Services.
- Ability to configure open-web and dark-web security settings.
- Strong network and browser troubleshooting skills.
- Document configurations and procedures clearly.
Responsibilities
- Engineer and troubleshoot networks for public portals and mission networks.
- Configure and maintain Tor Onion Services and related security settings.
- Design and operate CDN integrations with public services.
- Work with network hardware/software and encryption protocols.
- Troubleshoot network and browser issues and document results.
- Collaborate with cyber/program teams on secure designs.
- Support on-call response within two hours and aim for three-hour restorations.
