A leading tech staffing firm is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and secure enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in network engineering with deep knowledge of Aruba wireless and Fortinet security solutions. This role involves designing complex LAN/WAN environments, managing security services, and mentoring junior engineers. Located in Springfield, Massachusetts, this position offers a contract-to-hire arrangement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Aruba wireless and Fortinet security platforms.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, and high-availability design.
• Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL).

Responsabilités

• Design and support complex LAN/WAN and wireless environments.
• Deploy and manage Aruba wireless solutions and controllers.
• Configure and maintain FortiGate firewalls and security services.
• Implement routing, switching, VPNs, and network segmentation.
• Lead troubleshooting and performance optimization efforts.
