  • Partner with customer‑facing teams to address network constraints and establish deployment best practices
  • Design and maintain routing, firewall, and local network configurations on embedded devices
  • Lead incident triage and root‑cause analysis for networking issues in deployed systems
  • Identify recurring failure modes and anti‑patterns, and drive improvements to reliability and performance
The Skillset
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years with embedded Linux networking, including routing, firewalling, DNS, and DHCP
  • Experience deploying devices into customer‑managed networks with varying security and topology constraints
  • Hands‑on experience defining, operating, and troubleshooting routing and firewall rules
  • Practical knowledge of VPNs and network segmentation, including VLANs
  • Experience designing or operating edge‑to‑cloud connectivity models, such as outbound tunnels, reverse proxies, or VPN‑based access
  • Experience with automation or scripting for provisioning and diagnostics
  • Strong network troubleshooting and diagnostics skills
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Android‑based devices
  • Knowledge of wireless networking, including modern Wi‑Fi standards
