Rate: $ 60 - 75/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Support and maintain enterprise networking infrastructure including switches, routers, ASA firewalls, and VPNs.
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco VOIP and Cisco AnyConnect solutions.
Manage and support RADIUS authentication, Everline, and SFTP connections.
Configure and administer Azure networking services for hybrid cloud environments.
Provide operational support by monitoring, triaging, and resolving incidents through ServiceNow ticketing system.
Collaborate with security teams to implement and execute vulnerability management across the network environment.
Monitor and manage OSPF routing protocols to ensure efficient and secure network performance.
Support data center networking operations, ensuring high availability and resilience.
Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge and working experience with:
RADIUS authentication, Everline, and SFTP
Cisco switches, routers, ASA firewalls, and VPNs
Cisco VOIP and Cisco AnyConnect
OSPF routing protocols
Experience handling ServiceNow tickets and IT service management workflows.
Proven track record in vulnerability management execution and network security best practices.
Knowledge of data center networking architecture and operations.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with ability to work in onsite/hybrid setup.
