Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation, a leading forklift and material handling company, seeks a Network Engineer to monitor performance, configure security controls, and design LAN/WAN solutions to meet business needs. The role involves troubleshooting, change management, and documenting runbooks to support enterprise projects.

The candidate will work with cross‑functional teams to optimize network resiliency, implement VPNs and firewall rules, and ensure compliance with security standards while enabling

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT/Networking/CS or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years experience with IT/networking can substitute for a degree.
• Occasional travel 0–5% and must have a valid passport or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and investigate alerts, resolve issues with senior team guidance.
• Configure and maintain network monitoring and logging to improve visibility and MTTR.
• Design, implement LAN/WAN solutions and document changes and runbooks.
• Lead upgrades and deployments, create implementation and rollback plans.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across switching, routing, wireless, and related services.
• Maintain inventory and documentation, support lifecycle management and security standards.
