Job summary

Global Alliant Inc. seeks a Senior Network Engineer in Glen Burnie, MD for a hybrid role. The candidate will design, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise networks spanning LAN, WLAN, WAN with BGP/OSPF/MPLS and TCP/IP, supporting a federal client requiring Public Trust Clearance.

Strong hands-on experience with Juniper, Aruba and Cisco is essential, along with network design, documentation and monitoring. Python/Ansible skills and ITIL 4 are a plus.

Qualifications

• CCNP or JNCIP – Required.
• Hands-on experience with Juniper, Aruba, and Cisco.
• LAN, WLAN and WAN network infrastructure.
• BGP, OSPF, MPLS, TCP/IP, Spanning Tree.
• Network design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Production enterprise network experience.
• Network project design and delivery experience.

• Technical documentation and network diagrams.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.

• JNCIE/CCIE Service Provider – Plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deploy and troubleshoot enterprise networks.
