Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise network standardization initiatives utilizing Fortinet technologies.
• Administer and optimize FortiManager for centralized network and security management.
• Design and deploy secure network solutions using FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.
• Develop architecture standards, implementation procedures, and technical documentation.
• Drive firewall policy management, segmentation strategies, and VPN deployments.
• Improve network resiliency, scalability, performance, and security posture.
• Partner with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Troubleshoot complex network and security issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support future deployment efforts by creating repeatable and scalable network designs.

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Network Engineer with deep Fortinet expertise and strong FortiManager experience to support enterprise network standardization initiatives and accelerate future deployments across the organization. This individual will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and scaling secure network infrastructure while helping establish consistent network architecture standards and deployment methodologies.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Fortinet technologies, enterprise networking, network security, cloud connectivity, and large-scale network design in complex environments.

Duration: Contract with Strong Potential for Full-Time Conversion

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience supporting and designing enterprise network environments
• Strong hands-on experience with FortiManager and Fortinet security solutions
• Expertise in routing, switching, firewall management, and network security principles
• Experience with VPN technologies, SD-WAN, and network segmentation
• Experience standardizing network configurations and deployment processes across multiple locations
• Experience working with cloud networking technologies in AWS and/or Azure
• Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis experience
• Excellent documentation and architecture diagramming skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Fortinet NSE certifications
