Job summary

Quadlight Corp is seeking an experienced Network Automation Engineer to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The role is onsite for a contract engagement, focusing on scripting, IAC, and enterprise automation across a diverse infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will automate network configurations and performance metrics, develop Python-based tools, and implement CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Cisco/Arista, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and monitoring stacks is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DevOps development experience using relevant tools and frameworks.
• Hands-on network engineering experience with Cisco, Arista, F5, AVI.
• Proven experience implementing Ansible in an enterprise network.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IAC) using Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python 3, Flask, and REST+ API.
• Build GitLab CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
• Implement Ansible, Ansible Automation Platform, or AWX in enterprise environments.
• Develop and maintain IAC pipelines using Terraform with network device providers.
• Leverage Docker/Podman, OpenShift, and Kubernetes for containerized solutions.
• Deploy and manage Prometheus, Victoria Metrics, ELK stack, Grafana, Tableau for monitoring and visualization.
• Design and optimize SQL-based solutions with Snowflake.
• Automate network operations using Cisco Prime, Arista CVP, Infoblox; manage security tools like CyberArk and Conjur.
• Utilize RHEL Linux; manage Jira for Agile workflows.
