Lockheed Martin UAE is seeking a Senior Staff Network Communications Engineer to drive secure, scalable communications networks for the UAE Tech Refresh program. The role oversees architecture across networks, security controls, and integration with DoD guidelines, working with diverse teams and an international customer base.

The position emphasizes leadership in design, implementation, and standards, with a focus on Zero Trust, STIG compliance, and secure deployments in a government context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Network Communications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Cyber Security.
• 7+ years of hands on network engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead capacity on complex, high availability networks.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical authority for the communications network architecture, leading secure, resilient, and scalable network solutions.
• Lead the design, integration, and implementation of enterprise network infrastructure with QoS, IP addressing, and cybersecurity.
• Establish network engineering standards, infrastructure policies, and roadmaps across multiple security domains.
• Drive network performance, resiliency, and operational readiness through capacity planning and proactive monitoring.
• Champion Zero Trust architecture and NIST 800‑53 controls across domains.
• Lead network automation and configuration management using modern automation frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, customer engagements, and mentorship.
