Job summary

Bryant Technologies is looking for a Senior Network Architect in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in routing protocols like BGP and OSPF, and experience with large-scale network designs. Responsibilities include owning enterprise routing architecture, designing modern data center fabrics, and leading network changes with minimal service impact. A CCIE-level expertise is preferred, along with hands-on experience with Cisco platforms and network visibility tools. US Citizenship is required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• CCIE-level expertise or equivalent experience in large-scale production networks.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco platforms (Nexus, Catalyst, NX-OS, IOS-XE).
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting capabilities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve enterprise routing architecture focusing on BGP and OSPF.
• Design and implement modern data center fabrics including cloud integration.
• Lead complex network changes with minimal service impact.
• Drive issues to root causes across different network layers.
• Operate between architecture and hands-on troubleshooting including deep packet analysis.
• Enhance network segmentation and access control using Cisco ISE and Gigamon.
• Integrate secure access solutions within the network architecture.
• Propose improvements to design reliability and performance.
