Job summary

Eze Castle Integration, Inc. seeks a Senior Principal Network Architect to lead architecture for multi-site LAN/WAN and wireless environments.

You will own technical roadmaps, drive design assurance and provide hands-on leadership for Cisco switching/routing and Palo Alto security platforms. You will mentor engineers, coordinate complex incident recovery, and guide lifecycle planning, automation, and standards across the client base served by ECSI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in network support, design and implementation with multi-site ownership.
• Expert-level certification such as CCIE or equivalent.
• Deep hands-on Cisco switching/routing expertise: Catalyst 9300/9000/8300.
• Experience defining config baselines, change validation, rollback and docs.
• Roadmap development, lifecycle planning, and monitoring improvements.
• Palo Alto PA-series & Panorama management and upgrades.
• Automation experience: scripting or API-based workflows for repeatable ops.

Responsibilities

• Own network architecture, design assurance and technical roadmaps for multi-site LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi.
• Provide hands-on leadership for Cisco switching/routing and Palo Alto PA-series and Panorama.
• Review and assure network designs, changes and implementation plans for security, resilience and performance.
• Define configuration baselines, backups, version control and drift remediation.
• Maintain documentation standards for diagrams, assets, configurations and runbooks.
• Lead automation for configuration compliance, backups and inventory with testing and controlled deployment.
• Lead incident diagnosis and coordinate cross-team recovery; drive root-cause analysis and preventive changes.
• Lifecycle planning: hardware/software upgrades, vulnerability remediation and refresh priorities.
• Capacity/performance planning; improve monitoring, telemetry and alert quality.
