Job summary

True Manufacturing is seeking a Network Architect II to lead the design, implementation, and continual improvement of complex enterprise network, multi-cloud, SD‑WAN, and SASE environments. This senior role provides technical leadership and mentors engineers across IT and business projects to ensure secure, resilient network solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or CS.
• 10+ years in network engineering/architecture.
• Expert knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with multi-cloud networking (Azure/AWS).
• SD-WAN and SASE design experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise network architecture across campus, data center, WAN, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for major projects.
• Mentor analysts and engineers through design reviews and planning.
• Define and enforce network architecture standards and reference designs.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and compliance teams.
• Stay current with networking and security trends.
• Respond to afterhours emergencies.
