Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to design, implement, and operate secure enterprise networks across North America. The role emphasizes scalable, resilient infrastructure for manufacturing, data centers, and business ops.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on expertise in routing, switching, security, and network automation, with the ability to collaborate with IT, Security, OT/Manufacturing, and regional stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on enterprise network engineering experience.
• Experience with multi-site networks, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement enterprise network architecture (LAN/WAN, MPLS, SD‑WAN, data centers).
• Operate and optimize data center network facilities for reliability and performance.
• Implement network security controls, firewall policies, and access controls.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, OT/Manufacturing, and regional teams.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours incident response.
