Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join the National Digital Exploitation & OSINT Center (NDOC) in Bethesda. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and sustaining major network initiatives with senior-level leadership across data center and enterprise environments.

You will lead integration of LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensure secure connectivity, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet security and mission requirements. On-site only at IC Campus, Bethesda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• DoD 8140/8570.11 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GSEC, or SSCP) with a CE certification.
• US Citizenship is required; TS/SCI with Poly or willingness to obtain poly.
• CCNA/CCNP/CCIE certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and sustain scalable and secure data center networks.
• Lead configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of Cisco ACI, routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Coordinate with IT, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Applications teams to align with security and mission requirements.
• Oversee ServiceNow ITSM activities, including incident tracking, change management, and escalation.
• Develop contingency and continuity plans to minimize outages and support mission operations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to network engineers and technicians.
