Job summary

Byte Systems, a subsidiary of VTG, is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures across LAN/WAN environments. The role requires deep expertise in routing, switching, and security controls, with hands-on experience in Cisco ACI and SDN implementations across multi-data center configurations.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot network connectivity, monitor security events, and lead architectural discussions with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience with architecting and designing IP networks.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain network equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
• Design network architectures based on customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain configurations plans for Cisco ACI across multi-data center environments.
• Collaborate with other IT disciplines to resolve complex problems.
• Document maintenance for all network infrastructure and audits.
