Job summary

CVS Health in Woonsocket, RI is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead our enterprise Cisco ACI environment and drive the transition to NDFC.

You will shape the network technology strategy for ISTS and assure a scalable, cost-efficient, resilient fabric for CVS Health's data centers. You will mentor a team of engineers, set direction, and partner with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to align fabric design with business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a large-scale enterprise network engineering environment.
• Expertise in Cisco ACI (multi-site, multi-pod, L3Out, contracts) and Cisco NDFC.
• Strong leadership including team lead and influence.
• Strategic vision with ability to execute large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
• Deep understanding of data center network design, segmentation, routing, and policy-based networking.
• Experience in regulated environments with focus on security and compliance.
• Willing to travel 10-15% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, administration, and lifecycle management of the Cisco ACI environment.
• Oversee the strategic transition to and ongoing management of the Cisco Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller (NDFC).
• Manage a team of network engineers with mentorship and performance management.
• Develop and articulate a clear vision and roadmap for ACI/NDFC within CVS Health’s data centre and cloud networking strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to align fabric design with enterprise needs.
