Job summary

inducio GmbH is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to design, deploy, and optimize complex IT infrastructures. You will manage firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and WLAN while ensuring security, performance, and compliance across customer projects.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, drive projects forward independently, and shape the future of our network environments with modern technologies and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a network administrator in IT/network environments.
• Confident use of VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPN, WLAN, and network monitoring.
• Understanding of IT security & data protection at least at a basic level.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with systems such as Cisco, Aruba, OPNsense, NAC, etc.
• Knowledge of automation/scripting (e.g., Python, API, Bash).
• Certificates such as CCNA/CCNP (Cisco), CAT/CAP (Allied Telesis) or comparable qualifications.

As a Senior Network Administrator at inducio GmbH, you will work on modern IT and network environments and play a key role in establishing and developing stable, secure, and high-performance infrastructures. You will work closely with various departments and customers, contributing your technical expertise and driving projects forward independently.
