Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing IT vendors and contractors.
• 5 years of experience tracking IT assets and software licenses.
• 5 years of experience with project coordination and ticket management.
• 5 years of experience performing help desk triage and escalation activities.
• 3 years of experience with general networking and systems knowledge.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT vendors and contractors to ensure delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and software license records.
• Support help desk triage processes and escalate issues as needed.
