Think Company is seeking a hands-on network and infrastructure leader to run a multi-campus environment in Beverly Hills. You will work directly with the client's CTO, stabilizing the current setup and planning modernization across Cisco Catalyst switches, Palo Alto firewalls, and Aruba wireless.
Role requires deep networking experience, Windows server administration, and a security-minded approach. Onsite five days a week with potential evening or weekend coverage and occasional travel.
If you've wanted to be the person who knows a network inside and out and decides where it goes next, this is that role. You'll lead a multi-campus environment running Cisco Catalyst, Palo Alto, and Aruba that's ready for a fresh set of eyes, get it steady, then modernize it with real say over what gets built and when. This role is a Think Company staffing opportunity supporting network and infrastructure operations for one of our clients.
Think Company is a design and technology consultancy that helps organizations solve meaningful problems through thoughtful strategy, design, and delivery. This role is a Think Company placement, which means you'd be employed by us and embedded with one of our client teams, doing the work alongside them while we stay in your corner.
You'd be part of Think Company too, with invitations to our company gatherings. Placements are hired as either 1099 or W-2, and W-2 placements are offered a comprehensive benefits package.
You'd work within the client's schedule, tools, and rhythms, with onsite expectations set by the engagement. Day-to-day direction comes from the client team.
Think Company stays close throughout. You'd have a point of contact for anything about your contract, your experience on the engagement, or what comes next when the work wraps. We believe good placements come from trust, transparency, and people feeling supported in the room they're working in.
If you're the kind of administrator who gets satisfaction from walking into an old network and leaving it better than you found it, we'd like to hear from you, whether you're ready to apply or just want to ask questions first.
the process is a video conversation followed by an onsite, hands-on technical assessment on switches and routers, plus a comprehensive background check. No surprises, and no substitute for real skill.
