Job summary

Covenant HR is recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst - NetSuite to join a leading North American retail solutions organization. This remote role (U.S.) prefers Eastern/Central time zones, with willingness to work Eastern hours for Mountain/Pacific candidates. Direct Hire with an emphasis on ERP and business-process optimization.

The analyst will own requirements, improve processes, and support NetSuite, with collaboration across business and technical teams and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Strong functional NetSuite Business Analyst experience with ERP focus, incl. processes, master data, configuration, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
• Experience thriving in a lean IT environment while managing multiple enhancements with minimal bureaucracy.
• Excellent communication; translate business needs into technical requirements for stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and multiple streams through implementations.
• Active user of AI productivity tools and integrating AI into day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first dedicated Business Analyst for our client's Applications organization.
• Partner with business leaders to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
• Own the enhancement pipeline from discovery to implementation across multiple initiatives.
• Gather, document, prioritize, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Support and enhance the NetSuite ERP environment and related processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact enhancements.
• Assist with NetSuite integrations with other enterprise applications (Movista).
• Facilitate business process improvement initiatives driving measurable outcomes.
• Support user acceptance testing and solution validation as needed.
• Work in a collaborative, ownership-driven environment with initiative and problem-solving.
• Participate in occasional workshops (≈5% travel).
• Contribute to growth and maturation of the IT Applications organization.
