Job summary

IBM Consulting in Bethesda, MD is seeking an Application Developer specializing in the Microsoft .NET stack. You will design, create, and maintain web applications end-to-end, using C#, .NET Core, and modern front-end frameworks to deliver robust business solutions.

You will work with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and MySQL, integrate cloud services (Azure or AWS), and apply DevOps practices within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, creating, and maintaining web applications in the Microsoft .NET stack.
• End-to-end development using SQL Server, Azure SQL, and MySQL.
• Cloud services experience, preferably Azure or AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD and Agile delivery methods, using Microsoft DevOps tools.
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI access is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web applications using modern scripting languages and the .NET Core framework.
• Work with databases such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, and MySQL end-to-end.
• Collaborate on cloud service integrations (Azure/AWS) to deliver solutions.
• Apply DevOps and Agile practices to accelerate delivery.
• Lead end-to-end solution development from conception to deployment.
