Job summary

Unisys is seeking a senior architect to lead the architecture and design of new or enhanced products and services for UFSS, a mission-critical financial services application used to service mortgages and savings. The role involves hands-on design across the lifecycle, including development and operational usage, with emphasis on security and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and typically 8+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development in .NET parts of the solution from roadmap to operational usage.
• Provide design and coding guidance to team members.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including solutioning and estimation.
• Create high-quality design and architecture artefacts.
• Take ownership of issues and guide clients and team members.
• Produce prototypes of new solutions and components.
• Conduct reviews of design artefacts created by others.
