Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing complex applications.
• Experience with C#, .NET, API development, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud-first architectures and Azure services (Container Apps, API Management, App Gateway, Key Vault, App Services, Logic Apps, SQL MI).
• Familiarity with cloud-native patterns, microservices, REST, DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE.
• Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code patterns and tools (Bicep, ARM, Terraform).
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
• Experience on agile teams and release trains; SAFe knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Angular experience and Property/Casualty Insurance experience a plus.

• Experience acting as a technical leader and mentor to other software engineers or developers.
• Experience working on agile teams and release trains, and knowledge of SAFe, is preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Angular is a plus
• Property Casualty Insurance experience is a plus
