The role combines hands-on .NET development with system analysis, documentation, and cross-team collaboration. Required: 5+ years in IT, .NET, SSRS/Power BI, and strong SQL skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Law Enforcement IT experience.
• 5+ years developing web applications using .NET technologies (ASP.NET, .NET Core, Blazor, Razor, or similar).
• 3+ years developing XML and JSON data transport methods.
• 5+ years of unit testing and integration testing.
• 5+ years with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Power BI.
• 5+ years supporting COTS and MOTS applications.
• 5+ years of SQL database programming and architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience as specified.

Job Title: Senior .NET Software Developer (Project Lead)

Position Overview

Lead the design and development of custom web applications, APIs, SQL databases, and reporting solutions that support mission‑critical business operations. This role combines hands‑on .NET development with application support, system analysis, and collaboration across technical and business teams.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and implement custom web applications and APIs.

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software systems.
