Job summary

TriQuest is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to lead full-stack initiatives on the .NET platform in San Antonio, TX. You will drive design, development, testing, and deployment while mentoring peers and ensuring secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires 8+ years of SDLC experience, strong C#, APIs, and UI/UX knowledge, with onsite work Monday–Friday and direct-hire employment. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Extensive experience with C# and OOP principles required.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs and integrations.
• Strong UI/UX awareness with responsive frameworks (Bootstrap).
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and QA/testing standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development projects using the .NET platform.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Create technical designs, docs, and specs.
• Perform code reviews and design reviews to ensure quality.
• Support installation, configuration, and deployment of third-party apps.
• Maintain performance, security, and code quality throughout lifecycle.
• Provide technical mentorship to team members.
