Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC is hiring an Application Architect for .NET and IAM to design secure, scalable systems across hybrid and cloud environments. You will lead IAM implementations with Microsoft Entra ID, including B2C/B2B, and craft SSO integrations with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.

The role emphasizes applying Zero Trust, MFA, and conditional access, while integrating Azure, Microsoft 365, and third-party SaaS. Collaboration with diverse teams and a government-sector background is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience producing technical documents (requirements, specs, traceability, designs, testing).
• Architect and implement architecture for large-scale, secure, scalable systems in hybrid/cloud environments.
• IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra ID including B2C/B2B configurations.
• SSO design and integration using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
• Apply security best practices: MFA, conditional access, Zero Trust.
• Integrate applications with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and SaaS.
• Experience in state government environments, Education or Early Learning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide application and solution architecture for large-scale, secure systems in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Architect and implement IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (B2C/B2B).
• Design and integrate SSO via OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols.
• Apply security best practices including MFA, conditional access, and Zero Trust.
• Integrate applications with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and third-party SaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders on large-scale projects with diverse requirements.
• State government experience in Education or Early Learning is preferred.
