Job summary

Photon in New York seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong .NET expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. You will work across front-end and back-end technologies, APIs, and cloud-native services in a fast-paced Agile environment.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and delivering secure, high-performing software solutions. You will contribute to CI/CD pipelines and perform code reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on C#/.NET framework/.NET Core experience.
• Strong experience building enterprise web applications and APIs.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core.
• Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular, React, or modern JS frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality software.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications.
• Write clean, maintainable code following standards and best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Work with cloud-native services and containerized applications.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and standups.
