Job Description

Seeking highly experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developers with 12+ years of software development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, and modern frontend technologies, particularly Angular. Candidates should be capable of delivering secure, high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise web applications using .NET Core, .NET 8, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Write clean, scalable, secure, and maintainable code following development standards and best practices.
• Develop database objects, optimize SQL queries, and maintain SQL Server performance.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and implement technical fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps initiatives.
• Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience developing REST APIs and Web APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core, Dependency Injection, LINQ, and ORM concepts.

Frontend Development

• Strong hands‑on experience with Angular (preferred) or React.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

Database

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands‑on experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, and Views.
• SQL query optimization and database performance tuning.

DevOps & Tools

• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with SonarQube and code quality tools.
• Docker experience preferred.

Core Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of overall IT/software development experience.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be available for the mandatory onsite customer interview in Wilmington, DE.

Preferred Skills

• Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Azure Service Bus.
• Authentication and authorization protocols: OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OpenID Connect.
• BFSI, FinTech, or enterprise digital transformation project experience.
