You will shape architecture, drive SDLC best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

In this role you will mentor software engineering managers and engineers, foster innovation, and ensure scalable, reliable software across warehouse and automation platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 10+ years in software engineering.
7+ years in people leadership, managing software teams and leaders.
Proven experience leading large .NET development organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop multiple software teams through managers and technical leaders.
Drive engineering best practices, standards, and delivery processes.
Guide architecture, performance, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to define roadmaps and ensure integration with customer systems.
Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent; support career growth.
Oversee SDLC activities and ensure quality and timely delivery.
