Job summary

SimIS, Inc. in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and maintain application software within an agile team.

You will lead development of REST API backends using ASP.NET/C#, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior staff while ensuring code quality and performance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of related experience, strong ASP.NET skills, and a willingness to work onsite in a DoD-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing REST API backends using ASP.NET and/or ASP.NET Core (using C#).
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing in Microsoft ASP.NET (using C#).
