Job summary

Netcompany Group A/S is seeking a Software Engineer to join our IT Services team in Warsaw. You will design and maintain internal business applications using modern Microsoft technologies like ASP.NET Core and PowerShell. Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer or .NET Developer.
• Strong experience with C# and ASP.NET Core (.NET).
• Experience working with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience writing automation scripts in PowerShell.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Job Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer with solid experience in the .NET ecosystem to join our IT Services (ITS) team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving and automating internal processes, and building reliable software that makes a difference for colleagues across the business.

Tasks and Challenges

By joining IT Services at Netcompany, you will become part of a global team responsible for developing and maintaining internal applications and services used across the organization. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from different countries to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, automate processes, and support business operations.

At Netcompany, you will quickly become familiar with our systems, architecture, and ways of working. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of technical solutions, contribute to the evolution of our internal platforms, and continuously develop your technical skills while working with modern Microsoft technologies.

As our Software Engineer, you will (among other things):

• Design, develop and maintain internal business applications using ASP.NET Core (.NET 8).
• Develop backend services and APIs supporting internal business processes.
• Build and maintain user interfaces using Blazor or AngularJS.
• Develop automation scripts and operational tools using PowerShell.
• Implement background processing and scheduled jobs using Hangfire.
• Collaborate with colleagues across IT Services to improve internal platforms, automate workflows, and deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of existing solutions.

• Experience writing automation or administration scripts in PowerShell.
• Experience working with Git and modern software development practices.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, enabling smooth collaboration with international colleagues.

It is an advantage if you have experience with one or more of the following technologies:
