Job summary

Advanced Solutions International (ASI) is seeking a Senior .NET Software Developer for Austin, TX with remote options. Build Microsoft-based software with a focus on performance and reliability within a .NET stack.

You will collaborate with software architects, conduct performance testing, and contribute to a scalable infrastructure supporting ASI's clients worldwide. This role embraces hybrid remote work and a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience developing integrated web-based applications, with UI, data access, and networked components.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools: C#, .NET Core/Framework, SQL Server/Azure SQL, Visual Studio.
• Experience with non-Microsoft stacks is a plus but role focuses on .NET.
• Solid OO analysis/design with unit/integration tests.
• Experience benchmarking performance with tools like JMeter/WAPT.
• Experience building observability with logging, Application Insights, and .NET tooling.
• Cloud deployment/DevOps in Azure; familiar with Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software architects on product development and performance of new infrastructure.
• Conduct code reviews, performance testing, and analysis of diverse solutions.
• Meet milestones and complete architecture/enabler stories in sprints.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines with QA involvement.
• Adhere to standards to deliver high-quality work for ASI and clients.
• Adopt SAFe Agile practices and continuously improve processes.
• Reproduce and resolve customer issues with Technical Support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
