Job summary

Dedalus is hiring a Senior Developer Engineer to design, build, and maintain critical components of the amPHI platform across countries. You’ll work closely with engineering leads, product owners, and fellow engineers to deliver robust .NET-based solutions with a focus on security, reliability, and maintainability.

You will participate in architecture decisions, mentor peers, and ensure delivery aligns with regulatory healthcare standards while collaborating with DevOps on releases and test

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on .NET/C# development in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and database design.
• Ability to write high-quality, tested, maintainable code with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features across the amPHI .NET platform (backend services, APIs, UI components).
• Write clean, secure, well-tested, maintainable code.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and backlog refinement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including production incidents.
• Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions.
• Propose sound implementation approaches and evaluate trade-offs.
• Identify technical debt and propose remediation within delivery cycles.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Mentor less experienced engineers on code quality, design and problem-solving.
• Support test automation and CI/CD practices for components you own.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Test/QA on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Engineering Lead and DevOps on release readiness.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security, and data protection standards.
