Job summary

Marlabs Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (.Net) to design, build, and support enterprise applications that drive business value. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product teams across the full SDLC in an Agile setup.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of C#, .NET Framework/Core, REST APIs, and Azure cloud experience, and will mentor junior developers while contributing to architectural decisions and delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience with C#, .NET Framework/Core and enterprise apps.
• Experience building web apps and APIs with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Cloud experience with Azure; knowledge of SDLC, Agile.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using modern software engineering principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to gather requirements, evaluate technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and support APIs, backend services, database solutions, and user-facing applications while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex application and system issues across multiple environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to development, quality assurance, and change management standards.
• Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to Agile ceremonies, continuous improvement initiatives, and project delivery success.
