Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America is seeking a Software Engineer III to design and build custom software solutions with high quality, adhering to coding standards and technical design. You will work on .NET/C#, Web APIs, SQL Server, and related technologies, collaborate with engineers, and may lead others while traveling up to 15%.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of .NET experience and proven experience in the automated material handling space, and are authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience designing and developing software applications
• Proficiency with C# and the Microsoft .NET Framework; OOP; debugging software applications; Web APIs; SQL; SQL Server; TCP/IP; .NET Core/.NET Framework

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops software applications
• Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the application development process
• Typically reports to a manager
• May direct the work of other software engineers
• Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project or product
• Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature
• Some travel is expected, up to 15%
