Talentify in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced software engineer to develop and integrate customized .NET applications for the Wealth-Securities Backed Lending project, driving analysis, design and deployment across teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 6–10 years of software engineering experience, plus strong problem solving, mentoring abilities and a track record of delivering high‑quality, automated tests in Agile environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required and 6–10 years of software engineering experience.
Extensive experience with .NET technologies.
In-depth knowledge in information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement best practices.
Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function.
Solution-oriented and must operate with sense of urgency in a dynamic and high-tempo environment.
Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems by applying best practices.
Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates. Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Develop customized coding, software integration, perform analysis, configure solutions, using project-specific tools.
Lead and participate in development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of complex solutions with robust unit testing.
Build non-functional monitoring capabilities and provide escalated support for production applications.
Build security controls and monitoring in line with company standards.
Deliver high-quality working software in an Agile environment and automate tasks.
Mentor teammates and potentially oversee a small team.
