Job summary

Network Designs in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to participate in the software development life cycle, focusing on new web applications while supporting legacy systems. In this hands-on position, you'll develop secure, maintainable code while guiding a team of developers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience.
• Self-starter, able to work well in a team environment.
• Experience maintaining design documents.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit tests.
• Experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on application development including design documentation, coding, unit testing.
• Develop and maintain SQL stored procedures and queries for shared databases.
• Design, develop and maintain APIs following architectural best practices.
• Work closely with testers and end-users to identify and resolve issues.

Skills

Advanced skill and expertise in .NET software development

Experience with Javascript UI frameworks including Angular

Experience developing and managing APIs

Excellent communication skills

Education
